This Flipbook will enable children to build any short words containing short vowels. The sound/symbols from top to bottom in the flip book follow the systematic building of sound/symbol knowledge as in the TIme2Read Level 1 year plan. |

Copy and laminate all pages
Cut along the dotted lines using a guillotine. Cut out the small triangles on top as these will make the flipbook easier to handle after ring binding. Ring bind all pages (preferably using wire rings) BEFORE cutting through the individual flaps. After ring binding, cut between the individual flaps. Cutting off the 1mm white border between the individual flaps will make handling the flipbook much easier. |
